Troubleshooting
Experienced with both Macintosh and Windows computers, we provide many different types of solutions ranging from answering common questions about how to use Microsoft Office to complete backup, re-installation and re-configuration. Services we offer include:
- virus cleanup and removal
- network architecture, setup, and redesign
- general help with custom software
- tutorials, if desired, on normal and advanced computer use
- anything else you need help with
Our motto can be summed up as "no job too small, no project too large".
Hourly rate: $50/hr
Travel time is calculated as travel time one way from our door to yours at our hourly rate.
